Shipping Policy

Each item is 100% handmade and we strive to ship your regular items within 1-3 business days!  For customized items, which do require more time and attention, please allow up to 7-10 business days for production and shipping.  

Your tracking info will be emailed when your order ships.  If you do not receive this email, please contact us at orders@theoilygathering.com.  Please review your tracking information for updates on your package. 

If you have not received your USPS package within the expected time of delivery, please click this link and follow the directions: USPS. If you are not able to get a resolution please email us at orders@theoilygathering.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please understand that supply chain and shipping issues are quite challenging right now, and we are are doing everything we can to get your order out of the shop and into your home.

We do not have the ability to investigate lost or missing international packages. Please contact your local postal service with the tracking information.  Due to our inability to inquire about international lost or missing packages, we are not responsible for shipping issues.
